Presenter's Biography:
Joe Schwartz is editor of Ashland based Home Power magazine. Before joining Home Power, Joe worked installing solar, wind, and hydro-electric systems in Southern Oregon and beyond. He lives east of Ashland on an off-grid, solar-powered homestead.
