Presentation Description:
Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has been proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works where nothing else will.
EFT utilizes tapping on key meridian points in conjunction with a series of verbal cues. The technique most often creates benefit in minutes which might have taken weeks, months or years using more traditional methods. EFT is elegant, extremely gentle and user-friendly. This introductory class will include some experiential practice of the technique.
Here are a couple of sample EFT experiences:

Presenter's Biography:
Jerem Egan, EFT-ADV, LMT, CBT, holds the EFT Advanced Certificate of Completion Credential. Jerem began his wholistic practice in the Catskill Mountains of NY State in 1977 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. He maintained a successful practice there and in NY City until the end of 2005. Although Jerem's current practice is focused on EFT, he also offers Massage Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Biofeedback (he is a Certified Biofeedback Technician.) In addition, Jerem is educated in Hypnotherapy and Bioenergetics. His background has included a 4 year training as a Pathwork Helper (counselor.) Pathwork is a body of practical spiritual wisdom which lays out a step by step journey into personal transformation via assessment and processing of our layers of defenses, fears and denial.
Jerem and his wife, Nell LeFebvre, LCSW relocated to the beautiful Rogue Valley in 2006 and are co-directors of Rogue Valley Healing Arts in Medford. Jerem also maintains a part time practice in Ashland.
