Star Laws are encoding. These Laws are memory and encoding that is within the energies of Mother Earth, the energies within your physical body, the energies of realms that are beyond the beyond-beyond of your understanding.

Presenter's Biography:
Chief Standing Elk is a member of the Dakota Ihunktowan Band of South Dakota, Spiritual advisor, and one of the seven Sundance Chiefs of the Yankton Sioux. Standing Elk has co-authored MAKA WICAHPI WICOHAN, The Universal and Spiritual Laws of Creator, ANPAO WICAHPI WICOHAN, The Ways of Morning Star, IKTOMI WICAHPI WICOHAN, The Ways of the Star Spider, CAN WAKAN WICOHAN, The Way of the Sacred Tree . Standing Elk knows that these Universal and Spiritual laws will help you through this period called "The Age of Coyote" or the "Age of Aquarius." Presently, Standing Elk has gone through some experiences which brought-forth a new golden energy. He is one of the original code carriers of Turtle Island. He is also known as Chief Golden Eagle and Chief Black Spotted Horse of the Sungeska Sapa Tiospaye.
