Learn techniques for improving all facets of communication, such as talking "with each other," overcoming conflict, 15 ways to communicate more effectively, listening attentively using a listening skills formula, 3 communication styles for understanding and relating better with each other and 12 power words to build confidence.
Presenter's Biography:
Angelica Rose, a national gifted speaker, assisting people in relaxation and stress reduction, communication/listening skills, self-enhanced leadership, relationship selling, and creative marketing since 1984. From Angelica's experience and research in behavioral studies, she has come up with proven techniques for improving skills in life.
