Description:
What does EMPOWERMENT mean to you? Where are your energy drains? What are the vital things that feed you? How do you create plans and set limits toward your most empowered self? These are some of the ideas we explore in this highly personalized atmosphere. Learn from the learning of others and let others learn form you, all the while creating plans, structures and support for your self-empowerment.
This group was created to help women empower themselves more fully by dissolving obstacles, setting limits, building structures and support, goal planning and acknowledging success and strengths.

Women's Groups are ongoing and meet on Monday nights 7-8:30pm.
Each group is limited to 10 women
