Description:
The Spirited Woman Workshop is all about your ALIVENESS. It reinforces YOU
ARE ENOUGH AS YOU ARE. Most workshops try to fix you. Tell you to do this or to
change that. The Spirited Woman Workshop is all about accepting who you are.
Spirited women everywhere are shouting, "I am enough as I am." And loving it.
A totally different experience, the workshop is a unique mixture of creative
playfulness, empowerment, sharing, laughter, self-expression and fun.
AND...it�s a real boost for transitions, stuckness, and movement.
About the Leader -
Nancy Mills, the creator of the Spirited Woman Approach to Life, leads the
workshop. Mills resides in Santa Barbara, CA where her first Spirited Woman
Workshop began last October. Since then, the only word to describe the response
is "wow." Attendees are loving her approach. Prior to the Spirited Woman
Workshop, Mills was the editor/publisher of her own newsletter, Travelin' Woman,
as well as the leader of travel empowerment seminars for over 3,000 women all
across the country. She has been interviewed by USA Today and appeared on the
Today Show.
