Presentation Description:
This presentation will be a continuation of Part 1, given at the RVML on July 22, 2003. In "An Introduction to Energy Medicine, Part 1," Chuck presented a foundation of energy medicine, including an understanding of our world as energy/vibration, an understanding of humans as energy beings, the pathway of dis-ease into the physical body, an overview of various energy medicine modalities, and an overview specifically of Intuitive Energy Medicine.
In Part 2, Chuck will focus specifically on Intuitive Energy Medicine. He will discuss various sources of dis-ease and how they become imprinted into our energy and physical anatomies, why treating only physical symptoms often has a temporary (if any) benefit, and how energy is intuitively directed for healing. He will cite numerous case studies to show how Intuitive Energy Medicine is used to diagnose and help heal the causes of various physical, mental, behavioral, and spiritual disorders.
Presenter's Biography:
Chuck Laurenson is an Intuitive Energy Medicine Consultant practicing in Ashland, with clients throughout the United States. He received his "Masters in Intuition Medicinẻ " (MIM) training in Energy Medicine in 1999 from the highly regarded Academy of Intuitive Studies and Intuition Medicinẻ , located in Mill Valley, CA. He attended an additional two years of graduate studies at the Academy, and continues to be involved as a graduate faculty member and tutor to current Masters students. He also completed two energy medicine training courses with Caroline Myss in 1996 and 1997. Chuck also received his BA in Applied Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College, and his MS, Statistics from the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to changing careers to Energy Medicine, he worked in the Quality profession for over 20 years as a Senior Industrial Statistician for Hewlett-Packard Co., the Quality and Statistical Resources Manager for Komag Material Technology, the Division Quality Manager for Parker Hannifin Corp., Compumotor Division, and the Founder, President and CEO of Masterpiece Machinery & Tool Co., Inc.
As an Intuitive Energy Medicine practitioner, Chuck assists clients with a broad range of physical, behavioral, energy, emotional and spiritual difficulties. Today, we understand ourselves to be much more than merely a biological and mental entity. Rather, humans are a vast energetic network where spirit, mind, emotion and the physical are unified, rather than separate. In addition to our physical anatomy, we also have a highly evolved energy anatomy that has a direct and significant impact on our physical and mental health.
Indeed, it is now understood that dis-ease does not begin at the physical level. Rather, dis-ease begins at the non-physical spiritual and emotional levels, enters through and imprints into the energy anatomy, and then manifests at the physical and/or mental levels. Healing at the spiritual and energy level enhances or even make possible the desired healing at the physical and mental levels.
Whereas Chuck works with clients on all levels (spiritual, emotional, energy anatomy and physical), most of his work is done on the spiritual and energy anatomy levels because the core causal factors for nearly all physical, emotional, and/or mental discomfort are spiritual or energetic in nature. The principle objective with most of his clients is to resolve the core cause(s) of their difficulty, not merely relieve symptoms. As such, this work is very sacred and generally leads to significant personal growth and overall wellness.
