A new series will begin in January, 2007. 9:30 - 10:30 am Cost: $15.00 for mini-series of 3 classes; drop-in $5.00 Yoga is a wonderful practice to support your well-being in the holiday season. Combining gentle, adaptive poses or asanas with awareness of the breath and guided relaxation, you'll experience relief from holiday stress. You'll feel renewed in your ability to care for yourself in simple ways through enhanced flexibility, strength, and an overall good feeling. These classes are open to everyone who is generally in good health. No prior experience is necessary. If you have a question about whether this class is for you, please feel free to call. Charlotte has 26 years of experience teaching in the fields of yoga and holistic health. Her emphasis is how to bring these practices alive in a relaxed and relevant way. She is professionally trained as a yoga teacher in the respected traditions of Kripalu and Viniyoga. Her undergraduate is in Gerontology, from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ.
