No matter who won the presidential race, no matter if you are overjoyed or distraught or simply sick of it all, our country will still face toxic divisiveness. Even if who you voted for was the person who won.
For a growing number of us a possibility exists where we as individuals can still do what we can to curb hatred and hyper-polarization. Please join us tonight to find out how.
“Political season has brought out the worst in many people. Extreme division in itself is a bigger danger to our nation than either candidate. Don’t believe anyone who’s telling you to hate the other side. We’re in this together.” – Lex Fridman, noted podcaster and computer scientist.
With a background in Psychology, Marla Estes, MA created Building Bridgers in 2017 to address the growing social and political polarization in our country.
For over 15 years, she has been giving presentations, movie nights, book groups, workshops, and classes helping people learn to develop insights and skills in approaching difficult conversations, deepening and growing healthy, functional, and fulfilling relationships.
