Workshop: Energetic Anatomy: Energy Perception and Healing
By Mark Rich

A 2-day Intensive Workshop

Enter a new world. See, Feel, and Use Energy.

Cost: $195.00 pre-paid by November 1st, $225.00 thereafter.

Workshop Description:

Train with Mark Rich, the author of 'Energetic Anatomy: Understanding and Using the Human Energy System'.

What you will do:

This workshop is designed for you to learn real and powerful tools that you can use to heal yourself and others. This is not a conceptual class; rather, it is designed for people who want to directly see, feel and use the human energy system and what lies beyond it.

We will move from total introduction to a deep level of awareness. Exercises to awaken your awareness and abilities to see and feel energy will be first. This will be a deepening process. This state of awareness will be cultivated, growing stronger as the hours pass, moving you past your ordinary limitations.

Riding the momentum of the awakening work, we will go further, using this energy to heal. In groups and as individuals, you will see that perception is only a first step. We are meant to use these energies. The second day will show you how to use these energies for healing ourselves and others.

Annie Fuller
Lecture: An Introduction to Shamanism and the Shamanic Journey
By Ann Fuller

All Tueday evening events at
RVML are FREE ADMISSION

Presentation Description:

Shamanism is a powerful, ancient belief system and lifestyle. At its core lies the knowing that Spirit exists in everything, and all things are connected within the infinite fabric of life. A hallmark of shamanism is the "shamanic journey". It enables the shaman/ medicine person/healer abilities to access ordinarily hidden realms and realities for the purpose of healing. Animal spirits and various other spirit helpers are always available, and accompany and assist the shaman at all times.

Join Ann in this interactive and experiential talk where she will address these and other questions:

*What is shamanism?
*What are the lower, middle and upper worlds?
*What are power animals? How are they useful to us?
*What is the shamanic journey? Why learn how to do it? How can it help?
*What is shamanic healing?
*Why is ceremony important in shamanism?
*How can we live in deeper connection with Spirit in our day to day lives?

Presenter's Biography:

Ann Fuller, Spiritual Healer and Teacher, has been assisting people of all ages for over twenty-two years. She walks a path of Faith and Trust, and using the tools of spiritual counseling and hands-on and shamanic healing, is able to help people who suffer from spiritual dilemma (the deep dispair that arises when one is unable to accept that s/he has chosen the human life), core emotional issues, debilitating physical illness, and trauma. Ann is president of "Pillar of Light", a soon to be 501c3 non-profit organization
dedicated to the healing and awakening of the human soul and a restoration of faith in the divine.

In 1996, Ann underwent an Andean initiation ritual and is recognized by Juan Nunez del Prado, internationally known anthropologist and Andean priest and mystic, as a fourth level "paqo or priest" within the Andean mystical tradition. Her conscious near-death initiation in January 1997 fully cemented her feet on the shamanic path. Ann shares her unique medicine in private sessions, group classes, workshops, and ceremonies.

Ann is offering a beginning Shamanic Journeying workshop the weekend of October 8th, and the weekend of November 19th.

Please call for information about these workshop, or to schedule a private healing session.

MISSION STATEMENT OF DANIEL SHEEHAN'S NEW PARADIGM PROJECT

The New Paradigm Project, located in Santa Cruz, California, is a wholly- integrated auxiliary project of The Oscar Romero Institute, a 25-year-old 501(C)(3) tax-exempt, tax-deductible public interest public education center.

The mission of The New Paradigm Project is to educate American citizens as to the set of principles which are logically generated by an adherence to the basic pillar beliefs of the Sixth Paradigm "Natural Law" Worldview which have been identified by The Cambridge Institute for the Study of Alternative Worldviews, to educate American citizens as to the specific public policies and public and private programs which logically flow from an adherence to these principles and to compare and contrast the policies and programs of the "New Paradigm Worldview" with those generated by the other seven "Worldviews" so identified.

This "New Paradigm" Worldview is rooted in a cosmological belief in a holistic, unified monistic Universe; in an ontological belief in the manifestation within our Universe of Consciousness as an integral aspect of the make up of our Universe and in the epistemological belief that we human beings are a confluence of mass, energy and consciousness who not only naturally manifest within our Universe but who also possess a biological faculty of intuition (which is a biological faculty just like sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell) by means of which each individual human being is potentially capable of directly experientially accessing the physical phenomenon which bonds together every single ultimately-irreducible inchoate quantum field of incipient matter in the entire physical Universe into one unified, harmonious whole.

This "Worldview" generates a "Mode of Ethical Reasoning" pursuant to which adherents to this "New Paradigm Worldview" believe that every individual human being possesses the potential capability of experientially discerning what human conduct is harmonious with the natural order of the Universe and what human conduct is dis-harmonious to the natural order of the Universe.

Adherence to these pillar beliefs of the "New Paradigm Worldview" generate an adherence to a "Natural Law Philosophy", a "Progressive Political Philosophy", an "Archetypal Theory of Human Psychology", a "Radically Monistic Mode of Spiritual Expression" and the advocacy of a "Bio-Regional, Communitarian Social Form."

The New Paradigm Project will conduct a grassroots public education campaign of the nature of the 19th Century Chautauqua Movement; radio and television programs and a major educational website. It will also sponsor the writing of books; the production of musical recordings; the writing and production of stage plays, television programs; large screen and television documentaries and motion pictures.

Presenter's Biography:

Daniel Sheehan is a Harvard-educated constitutional lawyer who has prosecuted some of the most significant and high-profile civil-rights cases during the last 20 years. He has taught Constitutional Law at the Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C. and Constitutional History at the University of California in Santa Barbara. He has lectured at Harvard School of Law, Yale Law School, Notre Dame School of Law, and Cornell Law School.

Mr. Sheehan's long and impressive resume includes work on important issues such as women's rights, nuclear industry regulation, civil rights, education, and government accountability. Mr. Sheehan has a long and distinguished history as chief counsel in milestone cases such as the Pentagon Papers, The Iran-Contra Affair, Three Mile Island, and Karen Silkwood.

Carl Marsak
Lecture: An Introduction to the Enneagram
By Carl Marsak, M.A.

All Tueday evening events at
RVML are FREE ADMISSION

Presentation Description:

This free evening presentation will introduce participants to the history, dynamics and applications of the Enneagram of Personality. The Enneagram is an ancient and sacred nine-pointed diagram that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different personality types. "Ennea" is Greek for nine, and "gram" means chart or graph. Study and practice of this profound and powerful system helps build awareness, compassion for self and others, and wisdom regarding the integration of psychological and spiritual life. It can also help improve personal and work relationships. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers, as well as suggestions for future reading and additional workshops.

Presenter's Biography:

Carl Marsak, M.A. is the founder and director of The Enneagram Center of Mt. Shasta. He has graduate degrees in Religious Studies and Social and Cultural Anthropology, and has been professionally certified by Helen Palmer and David Daniels, M.D. as an Enneagram teacher in the Narrative Tradition. Carl has published several articles in The Enneagram Monthly, is a professional member of The International Enneagram Association, and travels extensively, teaching the Enneagram of Personality to individuals and groups. He is also available for Enneagram typing interviews.

Debra Hurt
Workshop: The Art and Energy of the Chakras
By Debra Hurt

Cost: $150 for both days

Workshop Description:

Join Energy Kinesiologist and Artist Debra Hurt for a weekend of art and energy focusing on the chakra system. We will explore the system in depth: its holographic organization, its relationship to the anatomy and physiology of the
body. We will also look at each chakra energy individually and at ways to restore balance to the chakras. Debra will use her seven lifesize multi-media chakra panels to illustrate the natures of each chakra and each participant will create, over the
course of the weekend, their own unique "totem" of the chakras using guided visualization and art play. A lot of information and a lot of fun.

Presenter's Biography:

Debra spent thirteen years in the professional theatre as a stage designer and scenic artist. for the past eighteen years she has worked with individuals and groups with Energy Kinesiology to balance energy and promote wellness. She was an early
student of Donna Eden's and has studied with pioneers in the field of Energy all over the world. She teaches and sees clients around the west coast and

RVML's Video and Discussion Series: "Nothing to Something"
By Bob Frissell

All Tueday evening events at
RVML are FREE ADMISSION

Video Description:

If conventional explanations of life don't make much sense to you anymore, the ideas in this film just might. Bob Frissell, author of the best-selling book, Nothing in This Book is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are, presents an account of our planetary ascent into higher consciousness, a big screen view of earth drama through his investigations, and a journey into the experiences of ascended masters and spiritual guides including a witness from the 13th dimension known to many as Drunvalo Melchizedek.

This video will also touch on subjects such as crop circles, ancient Egypt, Edgar Cayce, and the ET phenomenon. Perhaps you're one of the many who sense that the inhabitants of the planet earth are destined to experience miraculous change in the not too distant future.

Are we experiencing a dimensional shift which will transform reality?

Is the earth headed for profound cataclysmic change?

Is society headed for a new world order based on spiritual awakening and a global transformation, or will it be based on geopolitical idolatry.

Join us as we explore these issues and more in a film Bob Frissell calls "Nothing to Something."

Video Box Description:

"This is not normal: There is something else going on here". So begins the journey of Bob Frissell, an enigmatic rebirthing healer. Through his own spiritual quest, Bob has weaved together a big screen view of many of life's unexplained phenomena, culled from sources he has encountered along his journey. Why are natural disasters becoming more extreme and common in occurrence? Are we alone in this universe? Do ancient prophets hold the key?

In this one hour video, Bob explains how his own spiritual journey led him to first discover these mysteries - - from extra-terrestrials to ancient pyramids, earth changes to dimensional travel - - and come to a greater understanding of what this all means for the future on planet Earth.

"Nothing to Something" is a biographical documentary tracing Bob's discovery of phenomena, outlined in his underground best seller, Nothing In This Book is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are. Through his epiphanal journey, viewers will hear unconventional explanations of earth's history, the universe's ascendant masters: Babaji, Thoth, Ramtha, and Drunvalo, Life outside this planet, and what the future may hold. The interviews are juxtaposed with visual metaphors, animations, archival footage, and current footage ranging from Area 51 to the Egyptian pyramids.

Hear his story. Learn from his journey. Although his quest is unlike most you have ever heard, in many ways it is just like yours and mine.

Robin Houghton
Lecture: The Shamanic Breath of Power
By Robin Houghton

All Tueday evening events at
RVML are FREE ADMISSION

Note: This lecture is an introduction to the experiential workshops Dec. 4 & 5.
See http://www.rvml.org/calendar/wc12042004.htm

Presentation Description:

The Shamanic Breath of Power is a simple, natural, profoundly powerful transformative and spiritual tool. Cleansing & energizing the meridian system, the Breath causes release of old, outmoded emotional, mental, and physical patterns, resulting in increased Vision, introspection, vitality, and joy.

While being learned, the process is maintained and controlled by the individual, with minimal guidance in methodology from myself as facilitator, maximizing the experience of self-healing and self-empowerment. The method is rooted in biochemistry and works for every participant, regardless of expectation or belief (although a positive optimism is always helpful!).

People have claimed relief of life-long negative emotional & mental patterns and addictions, as well as the cessation of physical conditions ranging from stress, postural or weight problems, to asthma, allergies, even chronic fatigue syndrome and cancer.

The lecture will touch on breathwork as a universal component of shamanic & spiritual practices, the emergence of this method as a natural shamanic technique in modern America, and my evolution in experience and undestanding as a facilitator. I will give detailed information on methodology and uses of the Breath, what people can expect to experience in a group Journey or individual vision quest, and how they can integrate the Breath into both spiritual practices and daily life.

Presenter's Biography:

Robin Houghton has studied a wide variety of healing modalities since the early 1970's, progressing steadily from therapeutic orientations toward simple & profound self-healing and empowerment techniques. Originally trained as a Rebirther by Leonard Orr in 1977, he has gradually shifted the focus of his work from a primarily therapeutic to a neo-shamanic, self-empowerment perspective. Having worked with approx. 1600 people in group and individual sessions, he provides expert teaching, safety, and support. Robin also works with Reiki healing energy transmission, as a teacher of Sufi Dances of Universal Peace, in Sacred Ceremony as a legally ordained minister, spiritual music, chanting, and toning, and many other activities centered in Spirit & Joy!!
