Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Free Lecture: The Wealth Builder Escrow Recovery Program
With CRAIG SOWERS

Description:

In today's volatile real estate market, sellers and agents can use all the help they can get. We are conducting a FREE seminar covering the little known 351 Transfer process as an alternative to the cumbersome and limited 1031 exchange.

The 351 Transfer process allows a real estate investor to defer the tax liability on the sale of investment real estate by reinvesting the gain. Using the 351 Transfer, the money DOES NOT necessarily need to be reinvested in real estate and the investor has, if structured properly, an unlimited amount of time to reinvest the money.

All attendees will receive an informational packet referencing the 351 section of the IRC (Internal Revenue Code) with explanations from numerous accounting firms and publications as well as related court cases supporting the use of the 351 Transfer process.

We will also be discussing a variety of techniques that you can use to assist your clients in establishing a comprehensive asset protection strategy to protect their investments from liens, levies, or seizures.

Seating to this event is limited! To reserve a seat or for more information please call our office at 541-512-0874 or 888-286-2226.

Two informational meetings for people interested in applying to serve on RVML's Board of Directors will be held on:

Monday July 16 7:00 - 8:00pm
Wednesday July 18 7:00 - 8:00pm

It is an exciting time of growth and new opportunity at the Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library & Event Center. Over the last five years, RVML has presented nearly 500 community events and built an extraordinary lending-library of books and audio-visual programs. With over 10,000 items, RVML's pubic lending collection has grown to be among the largest of its kind in the world.

In response to RVML's growth, the Board of Directors is currently accepting applications to fill new seats beginning August 2007. The available positions correspond to specific functions within the organization as committee heads, requiring candidates with adequate time and resources available to perform the tasks. The areas of focus are:

- Funding development and grant writing
- Membership and resource development
- Community outreach (local and long-distance)

RVML Board service is a significant commitment and requires candidates who have a sincere dedication to sustaining and expanding the services of RVML. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in the areas listed and/or have served on NPO Boards, or with executive-level business experience.

When elected, RVML Board Members volunteer and commit to serve beginning August 2007. RVML Board Members are not financially compensated for their service.

Anyone interested in meeting the RVML staff and touring our facilities is welcome to attend. Applications for Board Membership are available at these meetings, or e-mail office@rvml.org

The application deadline is Monday July 23, 2007
