Presentation Description:
Dr. Dean Shrock's doctoral dissertation was titled, Relaxation, Guided Imagery, and Wellness. He has spent more than 30 years studying and practicing mind-body approaches to health and well-being. There are hundreds of thousands of studies in guided imagery and hypnosis, which demonstrate the power of the mind to improve our lives. Research in quantum physics further explains how the mind is constantly creating our world and all of our life circumstances.
Metaphysical perspectives have also helped to popularize and explain this ability to create more of what we want in our lives. However, while many of us would claim to know and understand this power of the mind or law of attraction, most of us are far from realizing our dreams. Attend this presentation and learn why this law of attraction works and why it doesn't.
This presentation is an introduction to an all-day workshop the following Saturday, March 1, where Dr. Leonard Laskow will join Dr. Shrock to focus on identifying and removing blocks or resistance to getting more of what we want out of life.
