Presentation Description:
Research has shown that the way in which we speak to ourselves has a profound affect on our ability to recover from trauma and illness, and to fully experience our inherent capacity for peace, happiness, and health. Most of us have heard this frequently, yet find it difficult to change old patterns and habits. Please join us for an evening of discovery into how you can begin to relate to yourself in a way that is more authentic and natural, loving and healing.
Presenter's Biography:
Rochelle Jaffe, M.S. is a hypnotherapist and counselor. She is also the Director of the Ashland School of Hypnotherapy, and on the adjunct faculty of Southern Oregon University Psychology Department. Her specialty is the psychology of health and healing.
