Presenter's Biography:

Kelly La Sha entered the shamanic path at the age of five. She has trained with a wide range of energy masters and healers. Her focus is on helping individuals and couples understand and master their own energy for better physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic health. Kelly has worked as a Director and export consultant in the biomedical field. She is the author of the upcoming book, Liquid Mirror.

Description:

This spring, Oprah Winfrey broke new technological ground and hosted a free 10 week live web class online with Eckhart Tolle on his book, "A New Earth". Each class is 90 minutes long and includes people from all over the world calling in with questions. Continue through the summer to practice being present and awaken to life's purpose with the inspiration of these incredible classes.

The classes will be shown on 10 Wednesday nights starting June 11th from 7:00-8:30pm in the library, with an optional hour afterwards to clarify and discuss the practice of the ideas presented. These showings will be hosted by Rev. Ruth Kirby, Spiritual Director of The Living Truth Center.

Oprah and Eckhart's class attracted the attention of millions of people around the world. Come and witness the incredible seeds of New Thought/Ancient Wisdom that they have planted in mass consciousness.


Book Description:

Building on the astonishing success of The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle presents readers with an honest look at the current state of humanity: He implores us to see and accept that this state, which is based on an erroneous identification with the egoic mind, is one of dangerous insanity.

Rev. Ruth Kirby is the founder of the Living Truth Center, a Science of Mind center. Rev. Ruth has been involved with the Science of Mind philosophy and other New Thought teachings for 18 years. She founded Living Truth Center in 2004 and has been serving there as Minister and Spiritual Director. Rev. Ruth is also active in the Rogue Valley Interfaith Ministries group that meets monthly in Ashland and coordinates two interfaith services a year, one on Thanksgiving and one on Earth Day weekend.
