Alex F. Crenshaw, MBA is the founder of the Zen Institute in Mount Shasta, California. He began a transformative journey at 28, leaving his corporate accounting career for seven years of semi-monastic Zen Buddhism training at the Rochester Zen Center in New York. This profound spiritual pursuit reshaped his understanding of life.
