Workshop: Salon Spirit Circle- Angels and the Tenth Pachakuti
With Andean Shaman and Diane Givens

Cost: $15.00

Workshop Description:

Andean Shaman, Mallku, and artist/musician Diane Givens, invite you to step into the Angelic Reality for an Initiation Ritual. Together they weave the teachings of the Inka with the key insights of the Seven Chakra Angels.

Mallku guided Diane and her group for the 5th "Full Moon Salon upon Machu Picchu" along with Herbert the Shaman of "The Lost City of the Inkas" for the harmonic concordance and lunar eclipse this past November.

Their travels continued on to Lake Titikaka through the Sacred Valley for initiation in the ancient power places of the Andes. Mallku is rewriting the history of his ancestors revealing the true secrets of the Inka in his books: "Machu Picchu Forever",
Inka Initiation Path" and "The Awakening of the Puma". Mallku's Shamanic life has allowed him to receive the messages of his ancestors furthering his magical path of spiritual wisdom.

We are now in the beginning of the Tenth Pachakuti, a new cycle of Andean time marked by the awakening of an illuminated consciousness. The masters (Amautas) are once again making their voices heard. Be prepared to journey with Wirrococha, (being of illumination) and Pachamama (Being of substance).

Diane Givens facilitates Salon Spirit Circles guided by the Angels that she has brought to canvas and to music. She has received many awards as an art director in the film industry including Emmys, Addys, Tellys and a Cleo. Her angel paintings, artwork, music and relaxation CDs are available throughout the country. She is a member of Heart Space, a collective healing group. Diane provides relaxation therapy privately or with groups and facilitates The Art of Creative Expression classes & Salon Wisdom Circles from the middle of the Arizona desert and glaciers in Alaska to the majestic city of Machu Picchu and the Mayan ruins of Tikal.

This past November, she facilitated her fourth Salon in the Andes, Full Moon Salon upon Machu Picchu with Mallku and the Shaman of Machu Picchu, Hebert on the evening of the Lunar Eclipse and Harmonic Concordance.

It is the embodiment of the unity in human diversity and a cross-cultural exploration of universal truth that is a global journey unto itself. 1 Giant Leap features: Kurt Vonnegut, Dennis Hopper, Ram Dass, Tom Robbins, Anita Roddick, Brian Eno, Michael Stipe (REM), Robbie Williams, Neneh Cherry, Speech (Arrested Development), Stewart Copeland, Baaba Maal, and many more.

Reviews:

"Dazzling." The Times

"Jubilant, unique, ambitious, epic, dramatic, life-affirming and positively absorbing, a musical and visual feast." DVD Monthly

"1 Giant Leap represents a genuinely ground-breaking audio-visual project of global dimensions." The Daily Telegraph

"whoever thought of putting Asha Bhosle and Michael Stipe together ought to be given the keys to heaven right now." Essential World release. Mojo

"Gather round the modern world's campfire; the movie screen, television set, or laptop DVD player, and let this film's message wash over you in these troubled times. For "1 Giant Leap" is nothing short of an electronic drum circle, drawing the citizens of Earth together for a planet-wide cautionary pep talk. Mesmerizing and utterly profound, yet wonderfully accessible, 1 Giant Leap reminds us all of what we're capable of achieving." * * * * Filmtreat.com

"An amaZing film by two genius film-makers..." Bono

The UFO Abduction Phenomenon: New
Discoveries, New Patterns, New Cases
By Budd Hopkins,

FREE ADMISSION

Location:

Southern Oregon University- Rogue River Room
Stevenson Union Building, main level
1250 Siskiyou Bvld. Ashland, OR

Hear Budd Hopkins' interview with Jeff Golden on Fri. 2/27/04 9-10am
Jefferson Public Radio KSJK Talent AM 1230

Presentation Description:

This lecture will provide the latest physical evidence for the abduction phenomenon including ground traces and marks on people, illustrated with slides. Budd will also present a number of new cases that he has not talked about before. One involves a teenager in England who was taken from one house and returned to a different house in a strange bedroom miles away, naked, in the middle of a cold night. The audience will hear part of a taped regression with him, now a grown man.

Another case includes video footage of a UFO in upstate New York, shot just before the photographer, a former corrections officer, reports being taken. And from the book "Sight Unseen", Budd will present a case of UFO invisibility illustrated with photographs taken at the scene.

As a special feature, Budd will also talk about a case he investigated of a UFO crash with bodies, which took place in 1966 in New Mexico. He will show a short video about this case, which includes interviews with highly credible witnesses and a visit to the remote hospital where the bodies were taken.

A lengthy Q & A and discussion period will follow the presentation, and Budd will have his new book, "Sight Unseen" available for signing.

Presenter's Biography:

Budd Hopkins is a world-renowned artist, author, and pioneer UFO abduction researcher. Having investigated well over 700 cases, he now heads the Intruders Foundation, a nonprofit, scientific research and support organization. Budd first became interested in the UFO phenomenon when he and two others had a daylight UFO sighting near Truro, Massachusetts, in 1964. In 1975 he carried out his first major investigation which involved a UFO landing and occupant incident in North Hudson Park, NJ. Shortly thereafter, he began to concentrate on the investigation of the UFO abduction phenomenon, which led to the eventual publication of his findings. Taken together, his three books, Missing Time, 1981, Intruders, 1987, and Witnessed, 1996, are widely regarded by researchers and skeptics alike as comprising the most influential series of books yet published on the abduction phenomenon.

These works, Hopkins' lectures, and his other presentations have been responsible for bringing a number of other noted researchers (David Jacobs, John Carpenter, Yvonne Smith, and John Mack, among others) into this extraordinary area of specialization. His documented discoveries have become the basis of most later abduction investigations and research.

Budd Hopkins has pioneered and continues to lead the investigation into the most controversial aspect of the UFO phenomenon-the systematic abduction of human beings by UFO occupants. As one of the world's leading experts on this issue, he has worked with more than one thousand people who have reported abduction experiences over the past twenty years. These individuals come from all walks of life and include physicians, psychiatrists, attorneys, police officers, military personnel, political figures, personalities from the entertainment world, and even a NASA scientist.

A prolific writer and internationally respected painter, Hopkins has delivered hundreds of UFO lectures around this country and around the world. His groundbreaking first book, Missing Time, was the first work to compare a number of UFO abduction cases in order to isolate the patterns they revealed. His second book, Intruders-The Incredible Visitation at Copley Woods, was a New York Times bestseller and the basis for the popular 1992 CBS miniseries, Intruders, which has since been broadcast internationally. His widely acclaimed latest book is Witnessed-The True Story of the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions.

Despite its extremely controversial nature, Hopkins' research has received serious commentary in such mainstream publications as Time, Paris Match, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The New York Review of Books, Omni, People, and Cosmopolitan. He has been a guest on hundreds of television and radio programs including Nightline, Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tonight Show, Charlie Rose, Larry King Live, The Charles Grodin Show, Sally Jesse Raphael, The Geraldo Rivera Show, 20/20, 48 Hours, Unsolved Mysteries, Encounters, A Current Affair, Nightwatch, The Late Show, The Art Bell Show, Tom Snyder, The Laura Lee Show, Hieronimus & Company, Weekend Edition (National Public Radio), Voice of America, Armed Forces Radio, numerous BBC affiliates, and many other shows and forums.

Hopkins' goal has always been to bring an objective, dispassionate scientific intelligence to bear on the UFO abduction phenomenon. To this end, he founded the Intruders Foundation (IF) in 1989. IF is a nonprofit organization devoted to research and public education concerning this extraordinary enigma. They publish a respected journal, as well as offer a nationwide referral service for those wishing to explore their own suspected abduction experiences.

A Course In Miracles Study Group

Admission: Contributions Appreciated

Description:

Einstein said we are unable to solve the problems we have created at the same level that we created them. With the Course in Miracles as a guide we can now choose to move up to that new level. This new level requires nothing short of a radical transformation of consciousness - a whole new way of thinking and a whole different source of thought. When this radical transformation occurs new stuff which is already within each of us is let loose: joy, love, right answers, perfect peace.

For the transformation to occur we are called to remove the barriers to the awareness of Love's presence. Everything that has been accumulated in our thinking mind can be examined and evaluated to find out if it is getting us what is in our best interest. If a thought is not serving us we can choose to change our mind and create a "miracle". With the barriers removed Love becomes real and is experienced. When this new radical awareness takes over what used to seem important is no longer because Love is all there is. Truth and love vibrates in the movement of true relationship. Perfect happiness is experienced when you are with others. When we sit together there is a different quality - it's alive. Come join us in supporting each other in the removal of the barriers to the awareness of Love's presence.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary. The Course in Miracles has three books: the text, the lessons, and the teacher's manual. We will be doing the lessons.

There is one lesson for each day. At each meeting we will discuss the last week's lessons:

Dec 4 Lessons 331 through 338
Dec 11 Lessons 339 through 345
Dec 18 Lessons 346 through 352
No meeting on Christmas Dec 25, Lessons 353 through 359
No meeting on New Years Jan 1, Lesson 360 through 365 & Lessons 1
Jan 8 Lessons 2 through 8
Jan 15 Lessons 9 through 15
Jan 22 Lessons 16 through 22
Jan 29 Lessons 23 through 29

We suggest you do your best to read a lesson a day and just be open to whatever you may get from it. The course uses Christian words that have radically different meanings under the Course in Miracles. Please do not loose the value of the course just because of your reaction to the language. Please come and talk about it. We can supply the written lessons if you don't have a book. The Course is about healing and forgiveness.
We look forward to seeing you soon! "Delay of joy is unnecessary."

Video: Holes in Heaven- H.A.A.R.P and
Advances in Tesla Technology

Featuring interviews with Dr. Nick Begich

Narrated by Martin Sheen

Free Admission

Location: Location: RVML Event Center, DOWNSTAIRS

Video Description:

Are we making Holes in Heaven? H.A.A.R.P. (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a controversial high frequency radio transmitter, or "ionospheric heater," which is believed to be descended from the works of Dr. Nikola Tesla and is operated by the U.S. Navy/Air Force and Phillip Laboratories in remote Gakona, Alaska.

Using HAARP, our military plans to focus a billion-watt pulsed radio beam into our upper atmosphere, ostensibly for ionospheric research. This procedure will form extremely low frequency waves and send them back to the Earth, enhancing communications with submarines and allowing us to "see" into the Earth, detecting anything from oil reserves to underground missile silos.

However, several researchers claim HAARP poses many dangers, including blowing thirty-mile holes in the Earth's upper atmosphere. They also warn of possible disruption of the subtle magnetic energies of our Earth and ourselves.

Holes in Heaven? Is a prime example of grassroots filmmaking by producer Paula Randol-Smith and Emmy-winning director Wendy Robbins. Narrated by Martin Sheen, the film investigates HAARP, its history and implications, and examines the dangers and benefits of high and low frequencies and of electromagnetic technology.

Among the many scientists interviewed are Dr. Bernard Eastlund, whose original patents are the reputed blueprints for HAARP, Project Director Dr. John Heckscher, and Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning, authors of Angels Don't Play This HAARP.
Holes in Heaven? Strives to give a fair and accurate appraisal of HAARP, and brings before the public, vital information about a project which could have a dramatic effect upon our entire world.

Director's Biography:

SEE ALSO: Mar. 14, 2004 http://www.rvml.org/calendar/wc03142004.htm

Workshop Description:

The premise of this experience is that, inside of each cell of your body is the innate wisdom, perfection and power of the universe. By re-educating each individual cell of your body to be stronger, healthier, and more connected to its source you are empowered in the work you are doing consciously. You are strengthening from the inside out, and your evolution is supported with more ease than in the past.

Our past often had us using our minds to sort things out or to drive our whole vehicle; some of us used our hearts to radiate all of our connection. Thus, limiting the ability of our whole self to become involved in the process of evolution, personal growth and happiness. Basically, in the past, we left out important pieces of who we are; thus, many of us have results in our healing and evolution that seemed slower and more frustrating than necessary. We still had the old programs in our bones too. Now it is time to use the wisdom and knowledge we have gained to give ourselves much more ease and in updating the coding in our bones and tissues. The bones and tissue send out our old messages even while the mind is sending out the new message…this could this be why we are having mixed results in our creation. Also remember, that the messages in our bones and tissues are often sent to us subconsciously by our family, TV and environment. Doing this exercise is an important part of claiming dominion over our
bodies and lives.

Each cell of our body is a generation of its parents, just as we are. If the parents of the cells that now live in our bodies had old information (just like many of our families of origin), this can slow down the process of healing, growth, change and evolution.

Each cell of your body has the complete program and record of your connection to source. Your cells are intelligent beyond our current education. Each cell can regenerate, has the code of every cell of your body available to it, has its own motor, has the perfect blueprint of source, and your ability to live in the image and likeness of the creator. Having this knowledge will give you one more powerful tool to use in the process of empowering yourself and connecting deeply with source.

How this exercise changes you is that it gives you conscious co-creation with your cells and authority over the programs that your cells operate in your life.

It is a process. The more you take 1-5 minutes a few times a day to change yourself at a cellular level, the more effective this process will be in your life. The purpose of the activation is to create a powerful message and reprogram your cells to be aligned with your conscious choices. My facilitation in intended to help you and initiate you into the process. You may include yourself in as many calls as you desire. The additional support of the activation will just keep strengthening the process inside of your body. You can create a support system with others who are also involved with their personal evolution.

Blessings In the Love and light,

Naomi Marie

Sasha Lithman
Evolutionary Activism and the Mutation of Consciousness- An interactive presentation
By Alan Sasha Lithman

All Tuesday evening events
at RVML are free admission!

Presentation Description:

Can our scientific and religious traditions address the unprecedented nature and complexity of crises we presently face? Or might these crises be the evolutionary catalysts challenging us to find a new way of knowing and being, to become the first terrestrial species to consciously collaborate in its own evolution? In which case, we need a new perception and approach to the problem -- a new, more integral form of activism.

An Evolutionary Agenda for the Third Millennium, authored by Alan Sasha Lithman, has been described by Matthew Fox as "a radical book, a compassionate book, and an altogether needed book calling all of us to 'evolutionary activism' ". What is Evolutionary Activism? And how can we collaborate more effectively and creatively in our personal/collective transformation? The author will explore these question in an interactive discussion/community-building exercise, encouraging participants to begin visioning practical strategies and action-agendas to sustain us through the intense transitions ahead.

Presentation includes 12 min. video: "Peacetrees-India, 1988"

Presenter's Biography:

Cultured in the activist milieu of the 1960s, Alan Sasha Lithman migrated to San Francisco to pursue more inner-directed disciplines following his graduation from the University of Florida in 1967. In the course of his explorations, he met Dr. Haridas Chaudhuri, founder of the California Institute of Integral Studies, opening the door to the works of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

At the close of the sixties, he hitchhiked from London to India to meet the Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Following that meeting with her (from whom he received the name "Savitra"), he entered the pioneering global community experiment of Auroville located in coastal South India. He spent the next 21 years (1969-1990) there, apprenticing "applied spirituality", community-building and environmental restoration. He helped jumpstart Auroville's first schools, organizational and communications systems, as well as the afforestation program which eventually planted over two million trees, reviving a barren plateau back into lush tropical forests. In the course of his community liaison work, he established working relations with anthropologist Margaret Mead, environmentalist David Brower and futurists such as Michael Murphy, Hazel Henderson and others pressing the evolutionary envelope.

Returning to the States in 1990, his first American book, The Savitri Legend (Sigo Press with Foreword by Robert Johnson), was published in 1999. Considering himself an "evolutionary activist", his latest work, An Evolutionary Agenda for the Third Millennium, was published by White Cloud Press (www.whitecloudpress.com) with support from the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS). Interviewed on New Dimensions Radio by Michael Toms, his new book has led to collaborations with Barbara Marx Hubbard, workshop presentations at IONS 30th anniversary conference, and most recently, an invitation by Matthew Fox to lecture at his University of Creation Spirituality on March 24, 2004.

Ashland Spiritual Cinema Community: Mystical Movie Night

Time: 6:30pm-10:00pm

Location: Mobius Media Center 281 4th Street, Ashland

The Ashland Spiritual Cinema Community (ASCC) is a collective of filmmakers
and movie enthusiasts in the Southern Oregon region, who, in association
with Hollywood producer and filmmaker Stephen Simon (What Dreams May Come,
Somewhere In Time, Indigo) and in support of his vision, come together to
celebrate , recognize, honor and promote the specific genre of Spiritual
Cinema and to participate in the active development, presentation and
discussion of this aspect of filmmaking and to further explore the positive
effects this kind of cinema can generate in our lives and in the world
around us. We encourage you to join us for an evening of conscious film
viewing and a lively and engaging discussion.

FILM:

This evening we will be screening director Stanley Kubrick's classic
"2001: A Space Odyssey" (1968) starring Keir Dullea, William Sylvester and
Gary Lockwood.

2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY remains a masterpiece of filmmaking. Director and
(with Arthur C. Clarke) co-screenwriter Stanley Kubrick has created a visual
and aural spectacle that stands as one of the greatest achievements ever put
on celluloid. Hard to believe it's been over 35 years since the movie
premiered. The film begins with the "Dawn of Man" segment, about the
evolution of apes, and then ventures into the future, taking a look at what
the world might be like in the first year of the 21st century. Kubrick's
film is a triumph of technological storytelling, with stunning sets and a
brilliant, overwhelming soundtrack. Long dialogue-free scenes sparkle with
indelible images backed by powerful orchestral music, culminating in an
unforgettable, inscrutable tale of birth and rebirth, human evolution and
artificial intelligence, the past and the future.

Running Time: 2 hours 35 minutes (Bring a cushion)

A four-million-year-old black monolith is discovered on the moon, and the
government (while hiding the situation from the public) sends a team of
scientists on a fact-finding mission. Eighteen months later, another team is
sent to Jupiter in a ship controlled by the perfect HAL 9000 computer to
further investigate the giant object--but on this trip something goes
terribly wrong.

Production on the film lasted four years. The film was based on Arthur C.
Clarke's short story "The Sentinel." 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY was added to the
Library of Congress National Film Registry in 1991. Kubrick won an Oscar for
Best Effects/Special Visual Effects, the only Oscar win of his career.

Naomi Marie

David Blaine- Fearless
RVML's Monday Night Video Series-

Video: "Fearless"
By David Blaine

Free Admission

Location: RVML Event Center DOWNSTAIRS

Video Description:

David Blaine - "Fearless" is a must -see for anyone who has the slightest interest in Magic. His magic is up close and this video clearly shows himself as one of the worlds greatest magicians. There is plenty of footage and nonstop action. Each trick will leave you shaking your head in amazement!

Magic is certainly an art form and one that has been around for ages. Yet, magic has lost its footing in popular culture today, as most audiences consider the kind of smoke and mirrors magic that many think of to be rather corny. David Blaine seems to be the sole provider of a kind of "new school" magic. Rather than being on the stage, Blaine simply carries a deck of cards with him from city-to-city, stopping people on the street and doing card tricks, as well as other things like biting quarters in half and spitting them back together. In one stunt, Blaine throws a deck of cards against a window after someone has chosen one card out of the deck. The one card they chose has not only stuck to the window, but stuck to the other side of the window. That's only the beginning.

Blaine simply takes the tricks to new heights. Where I've had theories about how tricks were accomplished in the past, I'm simply baffled as to how Blaine achieves any of his stunts. He's so casual about it, as well, chatting up people on the street and leaving them as stunned and entertained as I'd guess most viewers of his specials are.

"Fearless" is not a new program from Blaine, it's actually something a bit better. Blaine has had three specials on ABC over the past few years, "Street Magic" (1996), "Magic Man" (1998) and "Frozen In Time" (2000). All three of these specials are included on this DVD, allowing newcomers to catch up to Blaine's stunning magic. The first two specials focus on Blaine walking through the streets and performing tricks for people; the third offers more street magic, but also captures one of Blaine's biggest stunts: freezing himself in a block of ice...for 62 hours...standing up.

Lecture: "A Holy Human is Wholly Human:
Emotion as the Ladder to Spirit"
By Daniel Barron

All Tuesday Evening events
at RVML are Free Admission

Presentation Description:

"How Theohumanity and ESH offer a new road to abiding with our divine humanity."

Real spirituality is an active, heart-rendering effort to work our fears through to their unconscious sources within us to heal them, not just take them to a higher vibration, melt into some magic new age landscape, sit passively as audience to, or wait to have life trigger them up for us. Abiding with the living God requires us to actively peel away the layers of fear that keep us from hearing the music that goes with that relationship, and until we do, we're tone-deaf to Maker's Melody of Spirit that draws us into the dance.

In that way, grace is what we create as we heal enough fear to encounter the God-love at the root of our being. As that inner state is created, it links to the outer state of the Grace of God in the pulsating flow-beat of life. That bridging from inner to outer is the only path to the Love of which all creation is made, and the realization of out humanity as our natural expression of the divine."

Presenter's Biography:

Daniel Stacy Barron is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, and did post-graduate work at the University of Illinois at the Medical Center. After his awakening in the traditions of Soto and Riinzai forms of Zen Buddhism in the 1980's, Daniel began to experience a heretofore unrevealed architecture of the emoto-spiritual bodies of human beings. What he experienced directly contradicted the teachings of 25 centuries of traditional Zen Buddhism in regards to the illusory nature of the individual self, as well as challenging the overall eastern esoteric criteria for the state of enlightenment.

For Barron, what is called the traditional state of enlightenment is only one-third of our spiritually mature consciousness capacity, and not its completion or fullness. In Theohumanity, that summit-state is called Enheartenment, and involves a far more grueling set of criteria for attainment than any eastern tradition of enlightenment.

Love is a divine energy that steps into human circumstances, a timeless essence that enters time. It is older, wiser, finer, truer, sweeter, and more radiant that any human being. It is what makes us wise, fine, true, sweet, and radiant. It is the best - the essence of God - in us.

RVML's Monday Night Video Series:

Video: Daniel Sheehan's Keynote Lecture -
13th Annual International UFO Congress 2/14/04

Free Admission

Location: RVML Event Center, DOWNSTAIRS

Description:

(Video and discussion hosted by Ulla Angola.)

Daniel Sheehan, one of the most influential legal activists of our time, presents his perspective on the reality of the extraterrestrial presence after attending the weeklong 13th Annual International UFO Congress in Laughlin, Nevada last month. Daniel Sheehan's 90-minute keynote lecture summarizes the 24 presentations, and presents both a summary and an outlook for the UFO research community, placing it in the context of our specific geopolitical moment.

Summary Points:

1) To identify the unique geopolitical moment on February 14, 2004 concerning the USA and the planet;

2) To present the state of development of the UFO research community from its origins in 1947 to today and locate it in the geopolitical context;

3) To review the recent events concerning the UFO research community occurring since his last presentation in March 2000 at the IUFOC

4) To present the potential steps for the UFO Community between now and the year 2012;

5) And finally, to take a brief look at the potential 8th Paradigm, Post-ET Contact Worldview we might expect in the immediate future.

Daniel describes his areas of focus during the last year as being approximately: 20% on trials, 20% as National Policy Chief for Dennis Kucinich, 20%, working on various campaigns in Washington DC, 10% with his children and his wife in Santa Cruz, and 10% on issues regarding ET Intelligence.

I saw the video and found it so inspiring that I want to share it with the whole community. I worked for Daniel Sheehan a few years ago, and find him to be both very factual and detail-oriented while offering wide vistas of visions based in sound reality. I'm looking forward to a lively discussion of his ideas! -Ulla

Lecture: Cellular Healing Through "The Journey"
By Judy Walenta

All Tuesday Evening Events at
RVML are FREE ADMISSION!

Presentation Description:

"Deep inside all of us a huge potential beckons waiting to open us to the joy, genius and freedom within." These are the words of Brandon Bays, who healed completely from a basketball-sized tumor in her abdomen in only 6½ weeks, during a healing quest, which led her to develop The Journey.

This talk introduces The Journey, a mind-body modality for the release of cellular memory, which has been practiced in many areas of the world, since 1995. Individuals who have experienced this technique report the resolution of cancer, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, anxiety, depression, addiction and many other physical and emotional challenges. It has been so effective in helping school children in South Africa resolve the emotional issues which lead to lack of concentration and poor school performance that the Minister of Education in South Africa is considering including it as part of the elementary school curriculum throughout the country.

Ms. Walenta will touch on Ms. Bays' extraordinary story of self-healing as well as her own. The groundbreaking work of Candace Pert, internationally known cell biologist, as well as that of Deepak Chopra and others will be discussed as it supports the theory behind the Journey's success in facilitating cellular release. There will also be a description of the process itself and how to access it.

Presenter's Biography:

Judy Walenta is a nurse practitioner, currently living in northern California, who has recently relocated from NYC. She received her masters' degree in nursing from New York University and her nurse practitioner training at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She has practiced the healing arts and conducted workshops as part of her nursing work, as well as privately, for over 25 years. Her search for a way to support her clients diagnosed with cancer and HIV in discovering and releasing the emotional and spiritual issues at the core of their illness led her to The Journey. In 2001, she completed her certification training in England and Australia and became one of 9 Journey practitioners in the US.

The Ashland Spiritual Cinema Community (ASCC) is a collective of filmmakers and movie enthusiasts in the Southern Oregon region, who, in association with Hollywood producer and filmmaker Stephen Simon (What Dreams May Come, Somewhere In Time, Indigo) and in support of his vision, come together to celebrate, recognize, honor and promote the specific genre of Spiritual Cinema and to participate in the active development, presentation and discussion of this aspect of filmmaking and to further explore the positive effects this kind of cinema can generate in our lives and in the world around us.

The ASCC Filmmakers Forum:

Join us for a lively and engaging evening of dialog, discussion and co-creation of this exciting aspect of the Ashland Spiritual Cinema Community (ASCC).

These gatherings of the "Production & Filmmaking" stream of the ASCC, are aimed at co-creating an active and open dialog between entertainment media professionals in the region and other Community members in raising and discussing the possibilities for enhanced Spiritual Entertainment based production in the Ashland and Greater Rogue Valley area.

The ASCC Filmmakers Forum is targeted toward local area producers, directors, financiers, writers, actors, cinematographers, editors, videographers, musicians, production personnel, and other artists, technicians and professionals working in entertainment media or related fields in order to begin to pool our resources and establish directions and goals for this integral stream of the ASCC for the near future and the long term. Please feel free to invite any industry professionals who you feel would be interested in attending.

For our purposes "Spiritual Cinema & Entertainment" is defined as that :

"...which illuminates the landscape of our evolution as a humanity and stirs us to remember who we can be when we reach beyond the seen into a realm where we engage the magical aspects of our human potential & which includes theatrical motion pictures, television programs, documentaries, books, educational, training and special interest programming that is focused upon the re-discovery of inner wisdom and divine power..."

It is entertainment that asks the intriguing age old questions, "Who are we ? Why are we here ? And where are we going ?"

This Week's Video: "Sperm Wars"

"Sperm Wars" analyzes the ethical minefield surrounding reproduction. While science is pushing back the boundaries of making babies, the issues of sperm ownership, consent regarding its use, and parental rights are bringing up some interesting battles.

The documentary first looks at Pam Reno's unique situation. Her son Jeremy shot himself in the head and died. Pam's grief was immense. But then she realized that his sperm was available. She could create a grandchild with the help of an egg donor and a surrogate mother. But the government didn't approve the process, as the child would be in limbo after its birth. Its father would be dead, its surrogate mother wouldn't be obliged to care for it, and Pam Reno wouldn't be its genetic mother.

Another family indulges in a similar form of remembrance. Bruce Vernoff had died childless in his '30s. With his sperm, his wife was able to have their child without him. But when an interviewee refers to the child as a "souvenir baby," the question has to be asked: Were Bruce's wishes being realized after his death?

Video&Discussion: The Bible Code- Predicting Armageddon

All Tueday evening evnets
at RVML are free admission

Video Description:

- Does the Bible hold within it hidden messages about people and events such as Hitler, Napoleon and 9/11?
- Experts from both sides of the issue present their best cases.
- Find out how the alleged code works--and what it suggests for our future.

There are those who believe that the Old Testament is filled with predictions. If one knows where to look, and how, there are references to figures like Hitler, Napoleon and Einstein, and events including the Second World War and the attacks of 9/11. And, of course, there are signs of what the future holds.

THE BIBLE CODE analyzes this controversial theory with the help of leading lights on both sides of the issue. Code researchers like Roy A. Reingold tell how the ancient code works, and what it says, while skeptics from top institutions like MIT and CalTech weigh in on the other side of the issue, though not everyone in academia believes that the code must be false.

Take a balanced look at the surprising theory that holds that, in some ways, the scriptures are the world's first computer program.
