Workshop description:
Centered Learning - Expand your mind
Why are most people not happy with their memory? Did school spoil our fun with learning? Do we use only a fraction of our brain capacities?
Maybe we forgot our natural learning abilities, maybe we lost the connection between spirituality and learning, maybe we don't use our brain the way we should.
Most people have a hard time when it comes to learning - but there is a way back to the amazing learning capacities we had as kids.
If we change the focus/perspective of the learning process, we can accelerate it amazingly. If we change the focus from being on the content, to being on the student, (on his/her personal abilities, needs, feelings and problems), we create meaning, sense, positive feelings and motivation.
If we integrate feelings and spirituality into learning and incorporate stress reduction techniques, we will experience relaxation, excitement and fun while learning.
This is the secret of accelerated learning.
Centered Learning is a way to do exactly that. It combines the influences of whole brain-based teaching and learning, spiritual perception exercises, various learning styles/skills, visualization, mental photography, memory training, speed-reading and many others.
You can learn more efficiently, develop a better memory and double your reading speed - you just need the right tools
