Presentation Description:

Drop, if just for a moment, the things of the world. Look through the eyes of God and watch as your life becomes Love in Action.

Actually your life already is love in action, no matter what you think of it. Thoughts are very limited. The understanding you can gain through them is valuable and yet very limited. Both Krishnamurti and Nisargadatta point to an understanding beyond words, or rather, before words arise and cloud it.

"To have no resistance, to have no barriers inwardly towards anything, to be really free, completely, from all the minor urges, compulsions, and demands, with all their little conflicts and hypocrisies, is to walk in life with open arms. And that evening, walking there on that wet sand, with the seagulls around you, you felt the extraordinary sense of open freedom and the great beauty of love which was not in you or outside you but everywhere." -J. Krishnamurti

"When the mind is free of its preoccupations, it becomes quiet. If you do not disturb this quiet and stay in it, you find that it is permeated with a light and a love you have never known, and yet you recognize it at once as your own nature." -Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

This evening is dedicated to these two beautiful men who have greatly influenced my life and whose words point to the indefinable space in which we all realize that we truly are love in action. When we drop, if just for a moment, the things of the world, a passionate longing for immersion in the timeless presence begins to guide our every step.
