With Christina Howell MA, HHC
$5.00 - $10.00 suggested donation
Presentation Description:
How do we create balance in our lives? In this time of fast paced, multitasking, on-the-go culture, it's difficult to find balance. Between, work, family, friends, and social life, how do we find time for ourselves? How do we have healthy "down time"? How do we make ourselves a priority in our own lives? What does that even look like? This workshop will answer these questions. It will offer many useful tools, suggestions and skills, which will address nutritional, spiritual, mental and physical needs.
