Workshop Description:
Chi Gong is an ancient method of moving meditation that emerged from Chinese culture. These slow, specific, low impact movements have been practiced for their immune boosting effects for hundreds of years. Practicing hormonal chi gong will help to balance the hormones, and fine-tune the working of your inner organs through a series of movements which greatly increase your energy level and leaves the participant feeling healthy, radiant, and in balance.
Presenter's Biography:
Maha Conyers, LMT, MA, has been practicing and teaching alternative healing modalities internationally since the 1970s. She is a licensed massage therapist and specializes in preventive health care.
