Workshop Description:
Ram Smith will discuss how to consciously cultivate energy and magnetism in your life. He will physically demonstrate the effect of attitudes, thought patterns, even posture on personal magnetism, using volunteers from the audience. Learn simple techniques that will increase your health and well being.
Presenter's Bigraphy:
Robert "Ram" Smith B.Sc. lives and works in Nevada City, CA, at the Ananada Expanding Light Retreat. For over 24 years, Ram has practiced and taught the science of yoga, meditation and other healing modalities based on the teachings of the great spiritual master, Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi. He has lectured internationally in Europe, Australia and Africa as a representative of Ananda Yoga. In addition, Ram brings wonderful songs and chants in his program, using his voice as a channel to expand the frequency of energy of seminar participants.
